Eligibility Requirements

Educational Requirements: For each position, there are specific educational requirements. With a minimum of three to seven years of experience, it varies from a bachelor’s degree (BS) to a master’s degree in pertinent subjects including information technology, social sciences, environmental sciences, etc.
The applicant must reside in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or the Merged Areas.
The age restriction for each post is different and listed next to the position. It falls between 35 and 45 years old.

  • Candidates must register on the ETEA website and confirm their CNIC number with any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying.

  • Appointments are contingent upon the project’s good performance and duration, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s project policy.
  • Only those shortlisted will receive interview call letters.
  • We won’t consider applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline.
  • Applicants who are interested in more than one position must submit separate applications and fees for each opportunity.
  • We will only accept the experience of credible organizations.
  • The appropriate authorities have the prerogative to modify the number of available positions or dismiss any application without assigning a rationale.
  • For exams or interviews, there will be no daily allowance or travel payment.
  • For degrees earned overseas, equivalent HEC certificates are required.

How to Submit an Application

1. To apply online, visit the ETEA website.
2. After you properly submit your online application, we will send you a project code and your personal information.
3. Print the deposit slip and use Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or any UBL Bank location to pay the non-refundable exam fee.
4. Save the initial deposit slip for your documents.
5. At this point, don’t provide any documentation or testimonies to ETEA. Those who successfully navigate the screening process will be required in the future.
6. June 21, 2024, is the cutoff date for online applications.
7. ETEA will send out SMS alerts to candidates informing them when to download and print their Roll No. Slips will contain information about the exam date, time, and location.
